Prayer Focus Week 3

 Our Nation and governing leaders CLC 100 Miles of Prayer form

Pray without ceasing. (1Thessalonians 5:17)

This week our prayer focus will be Our Nation and governing leaders. 

This week pray for our Nation and leaders - national, state, and local governments and leaders.  

Zechariah Chapter 8 expresses the Word of the Lord to encourage the people as they rebuild Jerusalem.

This includes collective prayer "(v21) And the inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, Let us go speedily to pray before the Lord, and to seek the Lord of hosts...".  Also, there are instructions to "(v.16)... speak every man the truth to his neighbor; execute the judgment of truth and peace in your gates: (v17) And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbor; and love no false oath: for all these are things that I hate, sight the Lord."

Ask the Lord to lead us to pray for these people and governments for truth, peace, and that we as a nation will not imagine evil towards our neighbors and can move forward with healing and grace.
